When you decide to retire, in addition to informing the district, you must inform the Mahopac Teachers Association Benefit Fund (MTABF).  
Failure to do so will result in the loss of your MTABF Benefits (dental, vision, legal, life, financial, hearing & variable.)

Retirement notification can be completed by using this GOOGLE FORM, which is also available on the MTABF website
