As part of the district's contract with the Mahopac Teachers' Association, UPSEU, Custodial Supervisors & Managerial Confidential members, the Mahopac Teachers Association Benefit Fund (MTABF) provides some supplemental benefits for all eligible MTABF members.

- All teachers working at least 50%
- All full time UPSEU members
- All full time Custodial Supervisors
- All full time managerial confidential personnel
- Some full time central office administrators

MTABF ENROLLMENT FORMS
- To enroll in the MTABF, please contact your MTABF Building Trustee(s) and ask him/her to help you with an enrollment.
- All completed, signed enrollment forms should be returned to your MTABF Building Trustee(s) within one week of being hired.
DENTAL - Members are enrolled in dental. Return dental forms & check if enrolling a spouse &/or dependents. Payment is due in full.
