Effective April 1, 2025, the MTABF will be utilizing the NYSUT Member Benefits Trust-endorsed Legal Service Plan. This plan offers expert legal advice along with access to a national network of attorneys that deal with personal legal matters.
This plan is provided by the law firm of Feldman, Kramer & Monaco, P.C. Feldman, Kramer & Monaco, P.C. has been the service provider for the NYSUT Legal Service Plan since 1980 and acts as the Plan’s National Legal Office. Feldman, Kramer & Monaco, P.C. and its network of participating referral attorneys now exceeds 500 firms in New York State and several hundred firms in other jurisdictions across the U.S.
Annually, the fund will organize a Will Drafting and Signing Day for convenience, but wills can be signed at any time at the law firm upon appointment. Dates for these drafting and signing days will be shared as they are scheduled.
