As plan administrator, ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES ONLY, INC. (ASO) will:

1. Enroll new hires.
2. Retire those who are leaving.
3. Process claims for all members; active & retired.
4. Help all members keep their MTABF membership status up-to-date.  It is the responsibility of members to notify both the MTABF & ASO of life changes.

ASO's Member Portal allows MTABF members the ability to:

1. Register & manage their own personal account
2. Search for dentists
3. Access forms
4. Receive reimbursement money.
5. Update change of life status, including the uploading necessary documentation (i.e. birth certificates, marriage, etc.)
6. Submit claims, including the uploading necessary documentation
7. Apply & pay for annual dental plans
8. Pay for retirement & COBRA plans​​

VIA MAIL:
​Enrollments, claims, payments, reimbursements & retirement can still be done via the US Postal Service & all necessary forms can be accessed on the MTABF website.  Mail can be sent to:
