If you are enrolling a spouse or other eligible dependents, you must enroll them every year. See the DENTAL WEB PAGE for FORMS IF YOU ARE RETIRING IN JUNE 2024... and wish to enroll dependents, please wait & do so during the retirement process in MAY.
