Change in Dental Enrollment

This applies only to members who take part in the Family Dental Plan with the MTA Benefit Fund.
This year the the dates for the enrollment of your spouse, dependent & family members into the MTABF dental plan are March 31st & June 30th.

1. You must complete the family enrollment form by March 31st . 
2. If you are making payment in full it must be submitted by March 31st.
3. If you are making biannual payments the first payment is due March 31st. The second payment is due by June 30th.
