Getting Ready for the 2016-2017 Benefit Fund Year

Hopefully everyone had a relaxing and enjoyable summer! 
Please remember that if you had any LIFE CHANGES, it is your responsibility to let the MTABF know.  If you let the district office know they will NOT necessarily (most likely will NOT) let the MTABF know, so please make sure to file a CHANGE OF STATUS FORM. This form can be found on the MTABF Web Site.
Failure to notify the MTABF of changes in YOUR life could result in the loss of YOUR benefits.
Examples of CHANGE OF LIFE include the following:

• Moved
• Married
• Divorced
• Baby
• Take a Leave
• Experience a death of dependent or spouse
• Retired
• ANY OTHER CHANGES in YOUR LIFE that will impact YOUR BENEFITS.
